The quality of the Seasonal Workers' experience in York is dependent upon the businesses they work for and the relationship they have with their employers.
The quality of the Seasonal Workers' experience in York is dependent upon the businesses they work for and the relationship they have with their employers. The Seasonal Worker Program makes an effort to establish relationships with the employers.
Each business is assigned an Ambassador, a volunteer from the Program who visits before and after the season. The Ambassador leaves their contact information as well as provides information about events. We believe it is important that the employers know that the Seasonal Worker Program supports their efforts to offer employment to Seasonal Workers and wants to be helpful should any issues arise.
